This page exists to catalogue the specific rider, admin codes and other blocks of text Truro would like added to reports, and the circumstances in which they should be used. Truro generally doesn't specify lots of these, but there are a few ones that they are keen on.
==== Aortic Valve Calcification ====
If moderate or severe aortic valve calcification is present add the below text. There is no strict rules on how to grade this, but the linked document gives some representative pictures.
Moderate/Severe aortic valve calcification is noted. This may indicate the presence of aortic valve stenosis. Consider echocardiography if clinically appropriate.
